Training Program

- Earn $15.00 per hour while training to become a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
- After 30 hours of classroom instruction and completion of CPR and First Aid Training, The hourly rate increases to $17.50 per hour PLUS increased hourly pay for second and third-shift premiums.
- After 1,000 hours of employment as a CNA, approved applicants may enroll in a course for training to become a qualified medicine aid (QMA). Upon completion of the QMA course the hourly rate of pay increases to $18.25 per hour PLUS an additional $3 – $5.00 per hour for second and third-shift premiums.
Full-time and permanent part-time employees (after 90 days of employment), are eligible for participation on our group health, dental, and vision programs, as well as, participation in our 401(k) retirement program.
Scholarship Program
We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation that has established a benevolent policy to encourage the pursuit of higher education for individuals that wish to pursue a career in nursing.
- Upon completion of one year of full-time service (defined as an average of 32 hours per week), any CNA or QMA that would choose to pursue advanced training as a licensed practical nurse (LPN), may apply for one of two scholarships to be awarded each calendar year. LPN scholarships will be awarded to applicants based on the following criteria:
- A completed application and resume
- A competency evaluation examination
- An in-person interview with the nursing selection committee
- Applications will be accepted between April and June of each calendar year, with scholarship awards to be announced on or before October 1st of each calendar year.
